Description
in normal case if you are delete post or page all assigned attachments not deleted, same as records at posts table and postmeta.
well i think its not really good, of course you still can delete files via Media Library, one by one... but why authodeletion still not realized?
i have make a simple plugin that realize auto deletion of attachments, but i think will be much better to have atleaste a option if user want to use auto deletion of media files.

Some people reuse media files, so do not want them deleted from library just because they are deleting the post. In some cases they write a replacement post and want to use the same media file they uploaded earlier. Will re-consider in 2.8.
