Manage -> Pages when there are no pages.

When it happens that there are no pages in the admin's Manage Pages, there is the "Delete" button while it's not useful.
Maybe it's better a "Create new page" link, as it took me some seconds (speaking about usability) to go to the ""Write" link.

It is probably just the initial learning curve before people understand the interface or any interface for that matter.

In my opinion, this doesn't seem to be relevant.

Sent to 2.9 because of no patch.

I don't beleve this applies to the new interface.
