On edit.php, the "Quick Edit" link needs to either be added or just shown via JS.

Unless someone beats me to writing a patch (if anyone wants to, go for it), I can take care of this so this is mainly a reminder to myself.

Wow, that was easy. I was thinking the "|" was outside of the span for some reason and therefore would be a pain to hide.
