pagination while moderating comments

Description

When moderating comments, pagination should update to reflect current state. I.e., if started with three pages worth of awaiting moderation, but have moderated a page worth, pagination should update to show where you are now in the overall list rather than remaining in original state. (via matt)

I believe it does this now. (Just test moderated 3 pages of comments and they refreshed to show 2, 1 and no pages).
