Failure to quick-edit a category or tag leaves a flashing update circle behind

Description

If you attempt to quick-edit a category or tag and - for whatever reason - get the "category/tag not updated" message, the message remains and so does the animated "update" circle.

The update circle should disappear once the "tag not updated" box has been shown.
