Update text filters on edit-comments.php

Description

When moderating comments, the text filters at the top that show numbers of items (Pending, Spam) are not updating as comments are moderated, and require a screen refresh to update. The number of new comments in the bubble on the menu is updating correctly. Need to fix the numbers on text filters to update dynamically.
