Cannot convert from single-column to dual-column

Description

The conversion from single-column to dual-column mode is broken. Probably by [9827].

Safari 3.latest and Firefox 3.latest in OS X. Write New Post screen (didn't test others).

This needs the overflow: hidden to make it smooth, shouldn't cause any problems on the pages that have postboxes.
