I think this is a regression as pretty sure these have been fixed before -

  1. The message on "Submit for review" now says "Post Published" again.
  2. The media upload buttons shouldn't be shown for contributors (was fixed for Add Posts, pretty sure they didn't appear before in QuickPress.)

Also vaguely 3) The "advert" tagline for press this looks messy.
