8615	Comments must approve	dome90		"Some blogs and I have the problem, that many comments must approve by the admin, although the check by discussion settings is not checked. We don't know why that is. Plugins are deactivated and it's the same. Askimet said no spam, but we must approve it anyway.
I have seen that if the comment has a smiley I must approved it. If there is no smiley it's ok. But at other blogs it's not so.
