Description

Attached patch for edit-comments removes button and imposes a check against moderate-spam. (For 2.7)

Additonal patch for menu.php (trunk and 2.7) to change the capability check for the "comments" menu from edit posts to moderate comments, which is probably more appropriate. ref  http://wordpress.org/support/topic/227284?replies=4
