Description

If I upload a file from elsewhere (eg Flickr or Wikimedia Commons) I should be able to enter the URL I sourced the file from, and there should be an option to link to that URL when the media is displayed.

The "link to" field effectively serves this purpose.

However, /wp-admin/media.php?action=edit&attachment_id= does not include this field. Will file a new bug.
