Add white-space:nowrap to plugins table action links

Adding white-space:nowrap to the action links on the plugins table gives it a more visually pleasing look, At current, if plugins add extra links, the links will wrap in odd ways to fit into the current 150px column width.

Assuming the additional links are not much longer than the ones in the example provided, It looks reasonably OK at 800px resolution with the menu collapsed too
