There is a zindex issue in Safari 4 beta where all the lightobox based features in the post/page edit screen are below what is supposed to be the transparent grey overlay.

There are some other glitches in Safari 4 beta too. Currently TinyMCE is being updated for Safari 4/Chrome 2, IE8 and FF 3.1. The new version will be added as soon as it's available.
