Private Posts not 'viewable only to you'

Description

According to the WordPress Glossary Private Posts are "(viewable only to you)" This is not the case, all admin level users can see them.

Steps to reproduce:

1/ Ensure you have 2 Admin level Users in WordPress
2/ Create a Private Post using one account
3/ Log out and log in as your other users
4/ View the site and see the 'private' post

Either the documentation is wrong or this is a bug.

documentation is wrong. admin users are admins. they get to see everything.
