ways to reproduce:

- grab yourself a fresh copy of wp 2.8 from svn
- add {{{alert('huhu.');}}} in front of /wp-admin/js/common.dev.js
- log into the admin to see the dashboard

expected: a dialog box ""huhu"" should appear.
