Theme install tips updated for WP2.8 functionality

A patch to update the paragraph at the bottom of themes.php for the new searching/installing facilities of WP 2.8.

On the plugins page we experimented with adding some explanatory text to the contextual help and then putting a short description of the page along with a link to the install page.

That’s not a bad idea, and it helps keep the main screen clean.

I didn’t know what to do about it, or if the Plugins pages are final, but I’ll give it another try if I’m not beaten to it.

As a side-thought, it seems to me that things would be easier with an horizontal menu: The functionality would be discoverable immediately and we would not need to point it out and to link to it:
