Trac: Component owners

there are a few fishy looking component owners, that may need to be looked into:

• WordPress.org tickets go to Matt, but might need to go to whoever actually takes care of the site
• Several components are assigned to anonymous. Is this expected?

I removed "anonymous" and set myself as owner of WordPress.org. I'll try to run down the people needed to fix things there.

Anyone have a component they want to own? All new tickets in that component will be automatically assigned to you. Great fun. :-)

I would like Taxonomy. I've sorta had paternal feelings towards it already.

It's yours, and so are trac admin privs.

You can assign me the upgrade/install stuff as well, And on the review list (If trac has one) for the HTTP component

(Mind you, The Upgrade/Install component seems to be getting WordPress Install related tickets as well, as well as Upgrade problems. - Separating Plugin/Theme upgrades/installs into something else could be useful..

No admin under 'DD32' as expected.. Log in under 'dd32' (As trac is case insensitive probably due to the ties to .org tables), and i've got admin :)

Just a test comment to see if my name shows up lower or uppercase here..

It's simpler for queries. In the meanwhile, I've added a CASE statement to treat anonymous owner as an empty string.
