Default footer.php prepends feed: to feed links

The footer.php file in wp-content/themes/default prepends "feed:" to the URL's to the feeds. This makes the URL's invalid.

The memo states:

This draft HAS NOT been submitted for publication, and does not have any status; it should be referred to as a "pre-draft."

Therefore, I don't think it should be used in production environments.

it works only if the ​http:// is stripped from the blog URI, but if you put this URI in Option/General -> Blog URI then other sttuff doens't works.
