Comment reply field stays open after comment is deleted

This happens on both edit-comments.php and in the Recent Comments module on the dashboard:
-Click on Reply, and the reply form opens.
-Instead of entering a reply or clicking to cancel a reply, click to Delete the comment.
-The comment goes away, but the open reply form is still there.

Would be good if deleting a comment that has a reply form open would also make the reply form go away.

Wasn't sure of the process used to minify the js, so the patch only has the dev version.

Fixed as part of another patch.
