General: Fix some precision alignment formatting warnings.

The WPCS WordPress.WhiteSpace.PrecisionAlignment rule throws warnings for a bunch of code that will likely cause issues for wpcbf. Fixing these manually beforehand gives us better auto-fixed results later.
