Text Changes: Unify various "Back to..." vs. "Return to..." vs. "Go to..." strings.

Standardize on "Go to..." as a more appropriate option for most cases.

Props garrett-eclipse, kharisblank, audrasjb, ramiy, valentinbora.
Fixes #47235.
