Tests: Trim repeated metadata lazy-loader test cases.

Remove the empty-string and empty-array datasets from data_check_values(). Retain null, false, and a nonempty value to cover cache priming and unchanged pass-through values in WP_Metadata_Lazyloader::lazyload_meta_callback().

Follow-up to [64377].
