Description

Hi, I'm just wondering if it makes sense to add in wpinc/functions.php some conditionals to give the priority of load_template for Feed Template from theme over default Feed Template?

I prefer having something built-in than using remove_action()

Hope this enhancement will be implemented.

Just fyi, we decided last wednesday that rss .92 and rdf support would be dropped and made available through plugins.

Also, I'm curious to know why the current hooks in the templates aren't good enough.

I think it's better to have a proper template for feed than to use hooks to modify it. It's simpler to modify in my opinion.
