Description
here is my own themes.php (that is located under wp-includes) and a theme.php (in my site is located under root directory) that i already tested and user is capable to change the current template to another.
Please visit http://www.fabiode34.com and go to page named "Templates" and choose one of the available templates.
This page is result of the available templates in the "themes" dir.
