The button class in the WP UI doesn't make it obvious enough when a button gets hovered.

Just to be clear, are we talking about submit buttons with the class of "button?" Would a solution be to make the buttons slightly change color on hover? Maybe a light gray just a tad bit darker than the normal state of the button.
