Not sure what component that this should be filed under, but it is happening every time I try to create a new posting. I am beta testing 2.9 rare. This just started like last night. I believe. but it is a major issue. I'm not sure if it is in the autosave or what. But it is there. and it is major.

I should add that this is happening under firefox latest version. I will check chrome and I.E and report back.

Not happening here on 2.9-rare.

Perhaps it's an issue with autosave.

If you have Firebug installed, please confirm that 3 ajax requests are being made just after you start writing.

Oh, and of course, it might be a plugin issue. Try disabling them first.

For future reference, don't open tickets unless you're sure it's a problem with WordPress itself.

Works for me at 11748 on both IIS and Apache.

Probably plugin or theme related.

Does it happen with all authors?

Demoting severity pending feedback.

Oh, so, you automatically assume that it is NOT a wordpress issue. Biased much?

I will, even I think it is not that, I will disable all plug ins and try it.

I will report back...
