Edit Posts screen hides empty statuses

On the Edit Posts list in wp-admin the possible status of posts is being hidden if there are none set (seen at the top next to the search bar). Compared to either Edit Pages or Media Library this is inconsistent.

Not sure whether there was a reason these were hidden but personally things should be consistent and they should be seen, even if empty. Particularly with the new trash status being added.

The other ones should hide too. Pages has already been fixed.
