Bad directory for media upload

Description

When I upload a picture, I can see that it is uploaded to the direcotry wp-content. The picture link is pointing to the directory wp-content/uploads, so the picture is never displayed. I have to move by myself the pictures into the correct directory. I'm using the browser upload feature (not the flash one).

any chances you've safe_mode or an open_basedir restriction around?

  • Keywords reporter-feedback added

Perhaps you have a mismatch between Uploads path and uploads dir. Check your settings.
