wp-config & NONCE_KEY

Description

Hi, i was updating from 2.7x to 2.8 and then to all newer version when they came out. Now i took a look at the wp-config.php-File and saw that there was still no "NONCE_KEY". I would say this is a bug (?).

btw: Could i just add a NONCE_KEY with a custom phrase or do i have to make all phrases for all keys new?

Just add the key. You don't have to change the other keys. We don't currently update config files, although there are some tickets requesting such. I'll close this one as a dupe.

Please NO, unless there's some way to prevent it as well.
