From the edit, can be an "Advanced" or similar to reveal all those fields people seldom use :p
"Additional fields" would seem like a better label / naming.

- Milestone changed from Future Release to 3.1
The difference between Edit (edit every little thing on a separate screen, including fields added by plugins) vs Quick Edit (a little inline js to make life easier) is a standard that we have set up across the Admin, and which should remain in place. It's also necessary b/c there are times when someone has JS enabled, but it doesn't work properly for some reason that we can't anticipate (browser issues, etc), and in that case they'd be screwed.

- Component changed from UI to Quick/Bulk Edit
- Keywords links bulk edit quick edit removed
- Milestone Future Release deleted
- Resolution set to wontfix
- Status changed from new to closed
Links are no longer shown by default - don't think we should be enhancing them.

Edit being a "quick edit" if JS enabled is is likely a better experience.
ie don't have both a Quick Edit and an Edit, just an Edit button that does a quick edit ;-)
