Wordpress is not able to show 2 (--)hifens

Description
Wordpress is not able to show 2 (--)hifens, it always transforms 2 hifens in one, many times i need 2 hifens to write some Unix commands but wordpress doesn't display them correctly driving me in trouble.

Before the Word "update", it should have two hifens.

This work is done by wptexturize and it is turning the double hyphen into an en-dash.
If you want to disable this you have two options:
