Page previews aren't working for pre-existing pages

Description
Page previews for pre-existing pages aren't working. Note that it only happens when editing existing pages, it doesn't happen for new pages, new posts, or existing posts.
To test:
- Login as the user (not site admin)
- Open a pre-existing page and add text
- Click Preview
- Check to see if new text shows up
