I have gone round and round in the installation support forum over this issue. According to the installation, the program installed correctly, but for me and at least one other individual right now, all we get is a blank page.
The moderator insists there is nothing wrong with the code.
index.php seems to function correctly until it tries to load wp-blog-header.php which does not appear to functrion correctly.

Delete the file, Replace it with a new blank copy from here: ​http://core.trac.wordpress.org/export/12006/tags/2.8.4/wp-blog-header.php

Closing as Invalid: Its not a WordPress bug, Either you've uploaded the files incomplete, or your server is somehow breaking the files when you upload.

Take it back to the support forums if you continue to have issues.

There are 2 other users with the same problem. One found a 2.5 version and uploaded it and 2.5 worked fine.
