It isn't always obvious when there are drafts waiting for approval

When a draft is submitted for approval by an underprivileged user, the only way it will get noticed is if a higher level user clicks "Manage." With normal use of a blog, that may not be a frequent occurrence. There should probably be a better way to notify users of drafts. Perhaps on the Dashboard screen.
