Default theme not working for opera 8 in fullscreen

Description

Opera 8 uses media 'projection' not 'screen' in fullscreen.
=> Page is unstyled in fullscreen as the default theme only includes style.css for 'screen'.

Confirmed the problem (when using Opera, hit F11 to go to full-screen mode).

I wouldn't say this is within the purview of WordPress... "screen" is what should be used, as the default theme isn't made for projector usage. Though it's probably better to have projector anyways.

Patch tested in trunk. Any devs have any opinions?

Not our problem(tm). I don't think Opera should do this anyways, and either way Kubrick isn't designed for projection-style displaying.
