Description

A friend of mine runs a WordPress site that gets a lot of comments, and he mentioned to me that it would be nice if the link in the comment notification e-mail linked to that comment's permalink, rather than to the top of the comment section.

Comment notification emails don't have the URL to the comment anymore -- just the comment content and a plethora of other information.
