CSS problem when editing small picture

Description

As you can see on attached picture, when editing small picture and and trying to Scale Image (or clicking help), text is moved to the left over icon...

Browser? I know you said you used IE8 in #11293 but I could only reproduce in IE7. Sure enough, same here -- I can reproduce in IE7 only. IE8 is fine, and IE6 actually then pushes the buttons down onto the next line, which is graceful enough degradation.

The same browser - IE8 (8.0.6001.18865) on Vista Business.
