Description

I have been trying to determine why thumbnails were appearing on my blog when it showed none in the edit post. I changed the photo, and it now appears. I click "remove thumbnail" and it scrolls to the top of the page but does not remove the thumbnail. Once a Thumbnail is entered into my blog, I cannot get them to be removed.

  • Component changed from General to Post Thumbnails
  • Keywords reporter-feedback added; thumbnail removed
  • Version set to 2.9

What browser (including version) are you using?

It looks like a script isn't loaded properly. Try doing a cache refresh (Ctrl + F5 in Firefox).

I tried in Firefox and Safari, to no luck. Safari - Version 4.0.4 (6531.21.10) and Firefox - Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.1.6) Gecko/20091201 Firefox/3.5.. Tried the Cache to no luck. I tried again just now, I clicked "Remove Thumbnail" and the page scrolled back up to the top of the page I'm editing with Thumbnail in tack.

Try installing Firebug and see if you get any JavaScript errors in the console.

Hi, I've never used Firebug, but I HOPE i figured it out. It is causing an error, when I enabled the counsel and scripting.

  • Milestone changed from 3.0 to Unassigned
  • Resolution set to invalid
  • Status changed from new to closed

Upgraded, this was related to a plugin, which was overlaying on the post JS incorrectly.
