the specific issue is to the right of the screen: the media div flows outside and beyond where it should. the snapshot was taken in safari 4.

Is this a bug introduced by #11447 or was it in before as well?

It has nothing to do with #11447. I think it has always been in there.

This appears to be sorted in trunk, I tried in FF and Opera and there is no overflow
