it's impossible to post comments by guest users

wordpress tell that it's required to complete the requireds lines...but they are full

works fine for me. can you confirm it with the default theme and no plugins?

Just out of curiosity, do have the option "Comment author must fill out name and e-mail " unchecked, in Settings -> Discussion?

Tidying up due to lack of feedback for 2 months. Probably theme or plugin issue anyway, in which case can be followed up ​in the forums.
