"No Parent" not available when using QuickEdit for pages

Description

When using Quickedit for pages (wp-admin/edit-pages.php), the 'Parent' selector does not include the 'No Parent' option. Results in the edited page being saved as child of the first page in the list.

This bug make Quickedit for pages unusable.

I am seeing 'Main Page (no parent)' as one of my selection options.

As far as I can tell.. this is working as designed. "Main Page (no parent)" shows up in both CMS and non-CMS modes. Closing tag. Please provide screenshot if you can.

This bug also happens on my 2.9.1 install.

I tracked it to a problem with the Role-Scoper plugin. Should have eliminated that possibility first - sorry for the trouble.

I can confirm that this was a Role Scoper bug, fixed it in the 22 January release (1.1.3).
