Description
I have my time set to UTC + (-5) hours. That's Eastern Standard Time in the USA. Posts have the right time (UTC + (-5) hours). The RSS feed time stamp is the UTC + (-10) hours. Playing around with the time zone seems to show that the RSS feed time stamp is the UTC plus twice the time zone offset.
