In RTL languages try to avoid italic fonts

Description

Unlike latin and cirilic alphabet (LTR), hebrew and arabic alphabet (RTL) dont look good when using italic fonts.

I added an attach to fix the italic footer in wp admin (wp-admin/css/colors-fresh-rtl.css).
