How to Reproduce

While doing a GET operation on /report/24, Trac issued an internal error.

Fixing this requires switching DB backends, which is on the big to-do list.

Servers have been shifted, but we're still on sqlite, not mysql. It'll happen eventually though. No problems closing this.
