Description

This was attached to #11558 several weeks ago. I hope we can find a home for it in 3.0. Bless this and I'll even update the line numbers myself ;)

[13102]. Want to take this further, or resolve as fixed?

We generally try to give x.y.z for @since, so I added a few .0's. Then again, there's also a ton of @since unknown in core as well, so the mantra I suppose is take what we can get.
