Description
The installation experience in 3.0 alpha is about like I'd expect until login. Dashboard is the first thing a new admin sees, so it's rather alarming to have the Incoming Links message front and center after using the "I would like to block search engines" option.

AFAIK, Google Blog Search doesn't require a site to be indexed to track links to it. I agree it kind of looks weird, but the privacy option is just to keep robots out, not to actually lock the blog down to the outside.
