Reposition Loading Spinner for Quick Edit to sit next to "Update Post" button

Description

The Loading Spinner for Quick Edit currently sits next to the cancel button. It makes more sense to reposition it next to the "Update Post" button since it's more closely tied to and triggered by that button. (Cancel does not trigger the spinner).

For larger screens/resolutions, it's often easy to miss the spinner because your eye is focused completely on the other end of the screen.

Completely trivial issue, but something that threw me off today, so I figured I'd bring it up.
