(In [13449]) set svn:eol-style:native on remaining Core files. Props Denis-de-Bernardy. Fixes #12403

See Also: r13448 /trunk/wp-includes/ (3 files in 2 dirs): New files svn:eol-style: native.

I've only commited the changes to core files, I've left 3rd party libraries alone (IIRC, thats done to keep the file the same as the original release)
