the select header UI is a bit clunky

the list of header images is very tight at the moment. it would be sweet if they some space was added in between the various headers.

also, have we considered making this a "click to choose interface" as we're doing for theme selection?

Added some cellspacing to the table to spread the headers out a bit.

Meant to add that I'm assuming the UI team will chime in on this as well as the one click to save feature
