Description
I get emailed when I have made a comment and get asked to moderate a comment that I have made. Surely the first post by an admin should be automatically authorised, and there's no need to send them an email to confirm they just wrote a message.

Skipping moderation for comments from certain registered users is fine, but being sent the email is useful. I like the confirmation and the independent backup.
